Nextera Water Texas provides water for Bammel Forest, Bammel Timbers, and the Pecan Forest subdivisions. This company is responsible for the residential water service including invoicing.  Nextera does not provide any sewer services to our neighborhoods.  The homes all utilize septic systems.  The septic systems are the responsibility of the property owner.
